Our Customer Service Representatives work from
8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday .
This role plays a vital part in our administrative and customer satisfaction activities by providing professional support to clients and maintaining accurate, up-to-date files. You'll need to be highly accurate and organized as well as able to quickly adapt to changing circumstances and priorities. You will:
Answer incoming phone calls, respond to questions, and resolve any concerns
Accurately process purchase orders, invoices, drop shipments, and expedited orders
Keep track of upcoming due dates and follow up on orders to ensure they're processed on time
Record daily sales orders and assist outside sales reps as needed
Learn all about our operational procedures and business components
Identify areas for growth and help continually improve operational processes to support efficiency, productivity, and quality

You Should Apply If You Have...
Strong knowledge of administrative recordkeeping and order fulfillment procedures
Intermediate computer skills, ability to type 35+ wpm, and experience using Microsoft programs, specifically Word and Excel
Clear and effective communication skills, listening skills, and comfort with asking clarifying questions
Ability to anticipate and proactively address customers' needs
Ability to adjust your communication style to fit the situation and audience
Ability to work independently, set daily goals, and stay motivated throughout the day
