Remote Call Center Representative We are seeking a motivated and skilled Remote Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. As a representative, you will play a vital role in assisting our clients by answering inbound calls, converting inquiries into valuable leads, and facilitating towing job arrangements. Key Responsibilities: Efficiently manage a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls. Assess client needs and provide effective solutions. Convert inbound calls into leads and ultimately into towing jobs. Work Environment: This is a remote position. Shift-based hours in a 24/7 operational Call Center. Must be available to work within the Pacific Time Zone. Qualifications: Computer Specifications: Minimum Intel Processor: Core i7 8th generation (or higher) or Core i5 10th generation (or higher) RAM: Minimum of 12 GB Storage: 128 GB SSD or higher Graphics: 2 GB graphics memory
