Knoxville TVA Employees Credit Union is a not-for-profit, Member-owned, and locally operated financial institution serving the financial needs of its communities of Membership. Pay:

Starting Range is $19.50 - $21.50, depending on work experience

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Organize branded giveaways, marketing promotional materials, in-branch display items, and event materials in marketing warehouse and storage locations. Inventory should be easily located, identified and accessible to authorized employees.

Keep marketing warehouse and storage areas clean and free from clutter.

Complete monthly physical inventory counts accurately, independently, and on a routine and timely basis. Inventory must be completed using a consistent, methodical process. Reconcile physical counts using excel spreadsheets. Maintain accurate inventory records.

Coordinate the receiving and placement of deliveries at marketing warehouse and storage locations, maximizing space using pallet, weight limits, height limits, FIFO stock rotation, and ADA guidelines.

Improve warehouse and storage efficiency whenever possible.

Verify giveaway quality at receipt of delivery. Confirm order quantities are correct and delivered in satisfactory condition. If the quality of the giveaway does not meet brand expectations, work with the marketing leadership team on disposition and possible replacement, exchange, or return of the damaged merchandise.

Coordinate with marketing leadership team, branches, departments, eTeam, Board, and others to ensure items needed for events are in stock, organized, and delivered to specified locations as required.

Communicate with marketing leadership team if branded giveaways, marketing promotional materials, in-branch display items, event materials and/or kids treasure box giveaways are low in inventory. Low inventory items need to be flagged to marketing leadership proactively and with adequate lead times.

Use approved distribution lists to allocate branded giveaways, marketing promotional materials, in-branch display items, and event materials deliveries. Distribution lists need to be implemented accurately and with consideration to meeting defined deadlines.

Organize and coordinate the timely distribution of monthly marketing promotional materials to branches and departments. Monthly marketing promotional materials must be delivered to branches or departments prior to promotion effective dates.

Fulfill all assigned Marketing Help Desk or CU Shop Order requests in a timely manner.

Proactively follow-up with Marketing Help Desk or CU Shop Order requestor if questions arise or to clarify details of the request.

Close out completed Help Desks or CU Shop daily.

Ensure the CU Shop offerings feature all available items and posted inventory and order pre-packs are accurate.

Deliver requested items to requestor, as needed.

Forge strong, positive, and proactive working relationships with branches, departments, and vendors. Use exceptional customer-forward, service skills when interacting with others.

Communicate any requests for sponsorships, giveaways and donations to the appropriate department or marketing leadership team.

Attend, volunteer, and/or staff community events, as needed and as workload allows.

Support and participate in Credit Union-wide special events and other Credit Union programs/events as assigned.

Follow all Credit Union policies, procedures, and regulations.

Represent the Credit Union in a professional manner (including but not limited to appearance, behavior and performance).

Maintain regular and predictable attendance.

Work cooperatively with others.

All other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience -

High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Logistics, Inventory Management, or related field preferred or an equivalent combination of education and previous experience. Marketing/Inventory Control experience preferred. Must be able to operate a pallet jack.
