At Fortell, we’re building a better hearing aid that redefines how people experience sound and connect with the world. Powered by custom silicon and advances in hearing science, our hearing aids help people hear, and live, with greater clarity and confidence.
As our Senior Marketing Manager, you will help build the most trusted hearing care brand in the world. You’ll develop and execute omni-channel campaigns that strengthen Fortell’s credibility and premium positioning while driving awareness, consideration, and ultimately new patients. Your work will make people confident that Fortell is the most credible, reliable option they’ve encountered.
You are a full-funnel marketer: part strategist, part operator, part analyst. You can turn insights into campaigns, campaigns into measurable results, and results into clear next steps. You’ll work closely with our CMO to build a cohesive, high-performing marketing engine.
Your mission:
Turn the most advanced hearing aid company into the most trusted hearing care brand in the world.
What You’ll Own
Strategy & Planning:
Develop integrated marketing plans and campaign calendars aligned to company goals, and manage projects end-to-end so work ships on time, on budget, and on brief.
Campaigns & Collateral:
Lead omni-channel campaigns across in-clinic materials, out-of-home, direct mail, social, website, and email, writing clear briefs and partnering with internal teams and agencies to deliver high-impact, on-brand creative.
Website:
Own day-to-day marketing optimizations on fortell.com, analyzing performance and collaborating with Ecommerce, Product, and Creative to test new assets and improve comprehension and conversion.
Clinic/Retail:
Drive qualified leads and appointments to Fortell clinics (current and upcoming) through full-funnel campaigns and partner marketing that expand reach and support in-person conversion.
Lifecycle:
Build and optimize lifecycle programs to nurture prospects, onboard new patients, and ensure deep engagement with our community.
What Success Looks Like
Growing brand awareness and high NPS.
Steady, predictable growth in qualified leads and clinic appointments.
Strong, consistent Fortell presence across priority channels and markets.
A disciplined test-and-learn culture where insights from campaigns and clinics inform future work.
Clear, trusted reporting that leadership uses to make marketing and investment decisions.
