At Fortell, we’re building a better hearing aid–one that helps people hear clearly, even in the noisiest places. As our Marketing Designer, you will own the visual identity and brand expression that attracts patients, earns their trust, and turns them into lifelong advocates. This role is one of the most influential at the company: your work will shape every surface a patient sees and touches across the entire journey from first brand impression through daily product use.
Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will help set the brand design strategy, establish and evolve our visual language, and execute world‑class creative across all consumer touchpoints. This is a highly strategic player‑coach role–you are both the guardian of Fortell’s brand and a hands‑on craft leader producing beautiful, conversion‑driving design.
Your mission: Create a brand that is emotionally magnetic, clinically credible, and so delightful to interact with that people are proud to show and share it.
What You’ll Own You are accountable for the look and feel of the Fortell experience across:

Who You Are
A multi-disciplinary brand designer with taste, rigor, and curiosity
Experience leading brand identity, digital, and physical design for a consumer product or premium brand
Obsessively detail‑oriented and able to move quickly without sacrificing craft
Skilled at simplifying complexity into clear, beautiful visual narratives
Collaborative and low‑ego with a knack for building trust across cross‑functional teams
Motivated by mission: helping people experience life more fully through better hearing
Why This Role Matters We get one shot at a first impression. Our brand design determines:
