Position Overview The

Strategic Alliances Manager – Investments

is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships that enhance the firm’s investment capabilities, deal flow, and market reach. The role involves close collaboration with investment teams, business development, and operations to execute alliance initiatives that align with the firm’s investment strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, evaluate, and cultivate strategic investment partnerships and alliances

Develop and execute alliance strategies that enhance investment origination, platform capabilities, and market intelligence

Manage ongoing relationships with external partners, including co-investment opportunities, platforms, and service providers

Negotiate partnership agreements, terms, and collaboration structures in alignment with firm objectives

Track performance and outcomes of alliance initiatives to ensure alignment with investment goals

Collaborate with investment teams to integrate partners and opportunities into workflows and decision-making processes

Monitor industry trends, emerging platforms, and competitor strategies to inform alliance strategy

Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for senior leadership on strategic alliance activities

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field

Experience in strategic alliances, partnership management, or business development in investment or private markets

Strong understanding of investment processes, alternative asset classes, and capital markets

Proven relationship management, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills

Analytical mindset with ability to measure alliance performance and provide actionable insights

Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM or partnership management tools

Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, collaborative environments

Interest in investments, private markets, and building scalable strategic relationships
