Real Estate Manager will perform the day-to-day administration and management of the corporate real estate portfolio. This position will work closely with the rest of the Facility Management Department teams.
What You'll Do
Administers accounting controls on monthly commencement and expiration of applicable lease transactions, including confirmation of lease commencement and recurring billing charges.
Prepares lease and property use agreements, renewals, amendments, assignments, terminations, subleases, Letters of Intent, addendums and other real estate related documents.
Reviews and approves check requests, invoices, taxes, insurances, warranties, and common area maintenance reconciliations.
Communicate with operation leaders and other departments regarding new long-term leases, renewals, projects, security deposits, expansions, relocations, and expirations.
Maintains integrity of the lease database and coordinates all aspects of the lease administration process.
Assists in creating and communicating reports as requested by internal departments and answering questions on lease management, reporting, sustainability and accounting.
Communicates with landlords and landlord management companies effectively and efficiently to ensure that our rights as tenants are being acknowledge and protected.
Travel as necessary
Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
What You'll Have
Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred
5+ years of experience in Lease Administration, Real Estate, Real Estate Law, Property Management or related field.
Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities as needed

Flexibility to work various schedules and stay late, when necessary, with little or no notice
Must be able to read documents, use a computer, communicate verbally and in writing
Mobility required within an office, warehouse and construction site environments
Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds
