
Salesforce Developer
Location: Charlotte, NC / Detroit, MI
As a Salesforce Developer, you will make an impact by delivering high‑quality Salesforce custom development across Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and OmniScripts. You will be a valued member of the Salesforce delivery team and work collaboratively with technical leads, product owners, business analysts, and cross‑functional scrum teams.
In this role, you will:
Collaborate with the scrum team to refine user stories and estimations.
Work with the technical lead on system design and architecture.
Deliver custom Salesforce development across Apex, LWC, Flows, OmniScripts.
Write Apex test classes ensuring minimum 75% coverage.
Support reviews, bug fixes, testing, deployments, merges.
Participate in agile ceremonies.
Work model: Onsite role

What you need to have to be considered:
3–5 years Salesforce custom development experience.
Proficiency in Apex triggers, controllers, async Apex.
Advanced LWC and modern JavaScript.
SOQL/SOSL expertise.
Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL.
Strong data modeling skills.
Proficiency with Git and deployment tools.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to learn quickly and operate in fast‑paced environments.
These will help you stand out:
PD1 and PD2 certifications.
Data Cloud or AI specialization.
Strong problem‑solving.
Ability to work independently.
