Your strategic thinking and leadership will be instrumental in shaping the future of our community. Essential Job Functions

Assign and proof all daily leasing paperwork, ensuring accuracy and policy adherence. Show apartments/tour buildings with prospective residents as well as brokers/agents. Interface with property management team to ensure all homes being shown reflect company standards. Implement and manage lease renewal programs to retain existing residents. Address resident inquiries and concerns promptly to maintain positive relationships. Prepare/manage leasing reporting to include renewal tracking, daily and weekly reporting, bi-weekly comp reports and analytics as needed. Analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities for improvement. Train and manage leasing staff, setting goals and objectives to ensure high performance. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment. Analyze leasing efforts and make recommendations based on market, competition, and agent productivity. Monitor occupancy rates and rental income to ensure financial stability. Track traffic sources and provide feedback to ensure optimization of advertising dollars. Must be present on-site, with the ability to move throughout the building, ensuring effective communication with tenants, staff, vendors, and visitors. Assist other buildings in the portfolio as needed. Qualifications

4 years of experience as Leasing Representative or Leasing Manager, and a minimum of 2 years of management or supervisory experience. Knowledgeable of the NYC residential rental market Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in navigating computers, CRMs, and property management software. Experience with iLuvLeasing, On-Site, and Yardi is a plus. Knowledge of fair housing regulations and leasing practices Thorough understanding of NYC rent stabilization law is required, experience with 421-A surchrages preferred. Must be able to work one weekend day (Saturdays). Compensation

Base salary of $90,000–$100,000, commensurate with experience. Full benefits package including health, dental, vision, and 401(k). Role is commission-eligible on new and renewal leases, with an additional discretionary year-end bonus.
