Role Overview The Subscription & Revenue Manager oversees a portfolio of operating community solar projects, with primary responsibility for subscription performance, revenue generation, and customer retention. This role ensures projects remain fully subscribed, revenues are accurately billed and collected, and partners operate in compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end subscriber billing credit allocation and revenue collection

Maximize project revenue and minimize subscriber churn

Oversee and manage third-party subscription and revenue partners

Maintain and optimize subscription agreements across multiple programs

Develop and execute replacement customer acquisition strategies

Improve customer experience and engagement to support long-term retention

Ensure accurate monthly reporting on subscriber and revenue metrics

Administer third-party environmental attribute or credit contracts, as applicable

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in account management, portfolio management, asset management, or similar roles

Experience in renewable energy, finance, real estate, or related industries preferred

Strong contract and partner management skills

Excellent project management and organizational abilities

Comfortable working with data, reporting tools, and spreadsheets

Strong written and verbal communication skills
