As we grow, we’re looking for
Talent Managers
to join our Talent Team and take ownership of a roster of creators. What you’ll be doing:
Managing a roster of creators and acting as their day-to-day point of contact Securing brand partnerships aligned with talent goals and commercial targets Negotiating rates, deliverables, usage and timelines Pitching creators proactively to brands and agencies Providing strategic guidance around partnerships, positioning and growth Managing campaign logistics from offer through to content live Maintaining strong relationships with brands, agencies and industry partners Staying on top of industry trends, opportunities and cultural moments This role is for you if you:
Have experience managing creators who actively work with brands Are comfortable owning revenue targets tied to your roster Can balance creator advocacy with commercial outcomes Think strategically about talent growth, not just deal execution Are organised, proactive and clear in your communication Experience we’re looking for:
3+ years experience in influencer / talent management Hands-on experience negotiating brand deals Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and creator partnerships Existing creator relationships strongly preferred Nice to have (but not essential):
Experience working with fashion, beauty, lifestyle or culture creators Exposure to affiliate or performance-based monetisation Experience working in a lean or high-growth agency environment Compensation
