Founded by a former creator and industry insider, HAUZ challenges the traditional agency model. We operate lean, move fast, and prioritise creator alignment, transparency, and commercial outcomes. Our team works closely with talent across brand partnerships, affiliate strategy, content monetisation, and career development — with an emphasis on strategic growth, not just deal flow.
What you’ll be doing What you’ll be doing:
Managing a roster of creators and acting as their day-to-day point of contact
Securing brand partnerships aligned with talent goals and commercial targets
Negotiating rates, deliverables, usage and timelines
Pitching creators proactively to brands and agencies
Providing strategic guidance around partnerships, positioning and growth
Managing campaign logistics from offer through to content live
Maintaining strong relationships with brands, agencies and industry partners
Staying on top of industry trends, opportunities and cultural moments

Have experience managing creators who actively work with brands
Are comfortable owning revenue targets tied to your roster
Can balance creator advocacy with commercial outcomes
Think strategically about talent growth, not just deal execution
Are organised, proactive and clear in your communication
Experience we’re looking for Experience we’re looking for:
3+ years experience in influencer / talent management
Hands-on experience negotiating brand deals
Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and creator partnerships
Existing creator relationships strongly preferred
Nice to have (but not essential) Nice to have (but not essential):
Experience working with fashion, beauty, lifestyle or culture creators
Exposure to affiliate or performance-based monetisation
Experience working in a lean or high-growth agency environment
Compensation Compensation
$75,000.00 + Commission & Bonus Plan
If annual goal is achieved, full comp is $99K plus uncapped commission and bonus plan above goal
