Pay Range: $40,000-$60,000Location: Dallas, TX**Responsibilities*** Driveway website concierge/brand promise expert:
+ Customer Concierge:
- Answers questions and helps move the digital transaction process forward
- Coordinates virtual inspection using our inspection application
- Coordinates pick-up of purchased vehicle from customer’s home.
+ Communicate effectively with customers through chat, phone, and CRM/email
