Customer Experience is responsible for delivering customer website support and coordinating customer vehicle purchases. Pay Range: $40,000-$60,000 Location: Dallas, TX Responsibilities
Driveway website concierge/brand promise expert: Customer Concierge: Answers questions and helps move the digital transaction process forward Coordinates virtual inspection using our inspection application Coordinates pick-up of purchased vehicle from customer's home Communicate effectively with customers through chat, phone, and CRM/email Maintain activity log Skills and Qualifications
