Commercial Account Manager 5**Description -****Job Summary**This role is responsible for leading highly complex, large‑scale strategic opportunities that drive long‑term revenue growth and market expansion. The role manages a portfolio of highly strategic enterprise accounts with significant and evolving scope. As a senior commercial leader, the individual shapes multi‑year account strategies, influences executive‑level customer relationships, and guides account teams to deliver sustained business value.**Responsibilities*** Serve as a recognized commercial leader, shaping and advancing integrated, outcome‑driven selling strategies that bring together HP’s broad portfolio of capabilities to influence and close high‑value, complex opportunities.* Own and shape multi‑year account strategies and long‑term sales pipelines focused on enterprise‑wide customer outcomes and sustained business impact.* Navigate highly complex customer environments, aligning customer business strategies with organizational capabilities and engagement models to drive differentiated value.* Build, sustain, and expand trusted relationships with executive‑level customer stakeholders by demonstrating deep industry insight, business acumen, and strategic perspective.* Provide strategic direction across assigned accounts, guiding cross‑functional teams and advocating for customer and business priorities at senior internal levels.* Define and execute sales strategies and market approaches that support sustained revenue growth, portfolio expansion, and long‑term customer value.* Interpret market dynamics, performance indicators, and customer insights to influence strategic decisions and advise senior leadership.* Engage strategically with partners and internal stakeholders to improve competitive positioning and deliver differentiated customer solutions.* Lead high‑stakes commercial negotiations and contract renewals, ensuring alignment with long‑term business, profitability, and risk objectives.* Maintain accurate and timely opportunity information, manage pipeline health, and apply consistent pipeline management practices to support effective forecasting, deal execution, and account planning.* Conduct executive‑level business reviews with customers to assess long‑term goals, identify growth opportunities, and shape future joint strategies.* Mentor and guide account managers and extended account teams, setting standards for strategic selling, integrated solution delivery, and executive customer engagement.**Education & Experience*** Bachelor’s or graduate degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.* Typically 10+ years of progressive experience in strategic enterprise sales, complex account management, or senior commercial roles.**Knowledge & Skills*** Enterprise Account Strategy and Portfolio Management* Advanced Consultative and Solution Selling* Executive Stakeholder Engagement* Complex Deal Structuring and Negotiation* Strategic Business Development**Impact & Scope*** Impacts large segments of the business and influences enterprise‑level outcomes. Leads complex, cross‑functional and cross‑organizational initiatives and shapes commercial strategy for strategic customers.**Complexity*** Operates with a high degree of autonomy in highly complex and ambiguous situations, developing innovative approaches within broad strategic frameworks.**Salary:**The on-target earnings (OTE) range for this role is $232,000 to $280,000 USD

annually with a 60%/40% (salary/incentive) mix. There are additional

opportunities for pay in the form of bonuses and/or equity (applies to United

States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related
