Description This role is a hybrid role split between a Leasing Consultant and Housekeeper equally. We are looking for someone with attention to detail, and an ability to understand and focus on the little things that create a great experience for our residents. Creating in inviting and pleasant environment for potential residents by ensuring the property looks it best, then welcoming them as they tour our property, helping them see how this can be home for them. This position is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys some office work but is still willing to roll-up their sleeves at the same time.

Responsibilities

Assist in managing the leasing process, including advertising properties, conducting property tours, and negotiating lease terms.

Ensuring accurate and compliant lease documentation.

Handling resident inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract potential residents.

Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to adjust leasing strategies.

Ensuring all property listings are advertised correctly and efficiently.

Maintaining positive relationships with residents by addressing and resolving any complaints.

Ensuring resident satisfaction and fostering a positive living environment.

Overseeing rent collection and ensuring timely payment from residents.

Preparing reports on leasing activity and occupancy rates.

Clean and service rooms/units according to hotel standards, including: making beds, changing linen & towels, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces, replenishing amenities, cleaning restrooms,

Ensure public spaces, community rooms, amenities are vacuumed, mopped, dusted, and trash is collected.

Restock housekeeping storage areas; maintain cleanliness and proper safety protocols.

Collaborating with maintenance teams to address property upkeep and repairs.

Ensuring properties are well-maintained and meet safety and health standards.

Requirements

Ability to competently use Microsoft Office applications, including the Yardi suite of products

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

2 years of housing marketing and leasing experience preferred

Recent Fair Housing and industry training.

Ability to work a varied schedule as necessary to include weekends and holidays.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to tolerate prolonged periods of sitting and/or standing at desk. Ability to tolerate prolonged periods of standing, walking, kneeling, bending, stooping, and climbing stairs.

Must be able to visually inspect units and public areas to ensure adherence to standards.

Must be able to operate a computer, telephone, and/or keyboard for prolonged periods of time.

Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.

Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable under the Company’s insurance policy.
