You can learn more about LexisNexis Risk at the link below, https://risk.lexisnexis.com About the Role We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Communications Manager to lead our Public Relations activities and programs across the North America (NAM) and Latin America (LATAM) regions. The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing the brand's presence, increasing share of voice and managing external-facing communications for LexisNexis Risk Solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional writing skills and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, global, matrixed environment. Agency management experience is a plus. Ideal candidate is within a commutable distance to Alpharetta, GA for occasional onsite meetings. Boca Raton local candidates may also be considered. Responsibilities ·

Lead Regional PR Activities and Programs: o

Co-direct and co-manage global PR agency with the senior manager, media relations (EMEA, APAC) to execute targeted media outreach, develop thought leadership content and provide reactive commentary to increase brand awareness and share of voice for LexisNexis Risk Solutions in NAM (US, Canada) and LATAM (Mexico, Colombia, Brazil). o

Localize global content with country-specific data and insights to ensure relevance and impact in target markets. o

Proactively identify and develop compelling narratives that position the company as an industry leader with the media. o

Continuously monitor industry news and trends in each market to identify opportunities for the business to influence the public conversation. ·

Uphold Quality and Brand Standards in Communications and Assets: o

Draft, edit and proofread press releases, bylined articles, Shorthand Stories and other written materials to ensure they are accurate, compelling and consistently reflect the company's brand voice and style guidelines. o

Manage media-facing communications through established internal approval processes to ensure compliance and message alignment. ·

Oversee Spokesperson Training and Development: o

Coordinate and oversee media and communications training for designated company spokespeople and subject matter experts. o

Ensure all spokespeople are thoroughly briefed and prepared with key messages, background information and brand guidelines prior to any external engagements. ·

Manage PR Scheduling and Reporting: o

Co-manage a schedule for press releases and other PR initiatives with the senior manager, media relations (EMEA, APAC), coordinating closely with portfolio, regional and digital marketing teams to ensure integrated campaign execution. o

Collaborate with global PR agencies to collate, analyze and report on weekly and monthly media coverage statistics, presenting results and insights to senior management. ·

Assist with Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Communications: o

In collaboration with the Senior Global Communications Director and other internal stakeholders, develop and execute strategic communications plans for mergers and acquisitions. o

Ensure effective and timely communication with key audiences, including executive leadership, employees, customers, industry analysts and alliance partners throughout the M&A process. Requirements ·

5-10 years' experience in communications and public relations ·

Bi or tri-lingual in English, Spanish and Portuguese. ·

Experience working in technology, financial services or related industries a plus ·

Exceptional writing skills ·

Experience managing PR agencies ·

Proven track record of working effectively with senior stakeholders ·

Proven track record of managing projects within a highly matrixed organization ·

Professional and self-motivated leader ·

Bachelor's degree U.S. National Base Pay Range: $115,400 - $192,300. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.

This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
