Position: Project Designer SLO has an immediate opening for a Project Designer with a strong design sensibility and experience in K–12 educational, residential, and community‑centered projects.
The ideal candidate is a motivated learner, collaborative team member, clear communicator, and enthusiastic advocate for thoughtful, sustainable design.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of professional design experience
Bachelor of Architecture or higher
Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD required
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Rhino, and Enscape
Familiarity with AI‑assisted design, VR, and Grasshopper a plus
Experience with 3D modeling/printing, fabrication, and hands‑on making
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (SLO is unable to sponsor H‑1B visas)
