About The Role A highly respected, design-driven studio with a national presence is looking for a Landscape Architect/Designer to join its Dallas team. The practice is known for thoughtful, well-crafted work that blends creativity, technical rigour, and a strong connection to community and place.

This role is ideal for someone who brings a confident design voice, enjoys contributing to collaborative project teams, and is eager to work on a wide range of public and private projects across various scales. You’ll play an important part in shaping concept design, contributing to technical delivery, and elevating visual storytelling.

The studio offers a supportive, growth-oriented culture with exposure to experienced design leaders, cross-office collaboration, and meaningful project opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Contribute to concept design, design development, and technical delivery

Produce drawings, presentations, visualizations, and documentation at a high standard

Support coordination with consultants and multidisciplinary teams

Participate in design reviews and present ideas clearly and confidently

Help mentor emerging designers and contribute to a strong studio culture

Key Skills/Requirements

Degree in Landscape Architecture or a related discipline

Strong graphic, modelling, and presentation abilities

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino or SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite

Experience contributing to documentation and technical detailing

Clear communicator with a collaborative mindset and strong design sensibilities
