Key responsibilities:
Lead project design and delivery from concept through construction, ensuring clarity, innovation, and technical rigor.
Guide multidisciplinary teams and coordinate across disciplines to achieve cohesive project outcomes.
Produce compelling graphics, presentations, and design narratives that communicate ideas effectively.
Manage project schedules, workflows, and quality control to support successful, timely, and organized delivery.
Collaborate with colleagues across multiple studio locations on U.S. and international work, contributing to culturally resonant and impactful landscapes.
Skills and experience:
Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Rhino, and Grasshopper.
Technically minded self starter who knows how to take initiative.
Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing full?service project delivery, some project management.
Strong problem?solving, communication, organization, and time?management skills, with a high level of accountability.
Experience with international projects a plus.
