Regional Property Manager – Multifamily Portfolio (Grand Prairie/Dallas, TX)

Location: Grand Prairie / Dallas, TX

Employment Type: Full-Time

Reports To: Director of Operations / Ownership

About the Role We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Regional Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of three multifamily communities in the Grand Prairie/Dallas market. This individual will be responsible for driving performance, ensuring operational excellence, and leading on-site teams to deliver an exceptional resident experience while maximizing property value.

Key Responsibilities

Portfolio Oversight: Manage daily operations of three multifamily properties, ensuring consistency in performance and compliance with company policies.

Financial Management: Develop, review, and monitor budgets; oversee collections, expenses, and financial reporting to meet ownership goals.

Team Leadership: Supervise property managers, leasing staff, and maintenance teams. Provide coaching, training, and performance evaluations.

Leasing & Occupancy: Drive occupancy and retention strategies, oversee marketing initiatives, and ensure competitive market positioning.

Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to Fair Housing laws, local/state regulations, and company policies.

Capital Improvements: Coordinate property upgrades, renovations, and major maintenance projects, working with vendors and contractors.

Owner/Investor Reporting: Provide regular updates on property performance, trends, and recommendations for operational improvements.

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 5–7 years in property management, with at least 3 years in a regional or multi-site leadership role.

Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of multifamily operations, budgeting, leasing, and resident relations.

Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in property management software (Yardi, RealPage, or similar).

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or related field preferred (equivalent experience considered).
