We’re searching for an experienced, motivated Property Manager to lead operations at one of our properties in Grand Prairie, TX. If you’re a natural leader, a strong communicator, and a pro at running high-performing properties—and you know ResMan like the back of your hand—we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do
Oversee daily operations of the property
Motivate and guide on-site leasing and maintenance teams to success
Manage occupancy, renewals, delinquency control and revenue optimization
Maintain high resident satisfaction and handle escalated issues professionally
Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, company policies, and regulatory guidelines
Coordinate maintenance schedules, vendors, and property upkeep
Prepare regular performance and financial reports using ResMan
Maintain organized, efficient workflows and high operational standards
What You'll Bring
2+ years of multifamily Property Manager experience
ResMan property management software experience—required
Proven leadership and team-building skills
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
Solid understanding of Fair Housing laws and industry best practices
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high volume environment
