Parts Advisor
to join our Service Team. Our dealership has been a trusted name in the automotive industry, proudly serving the Greater Portland Metro area and Wilsonville for decades!
As a Parts Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting our service and sales operations by ensuring accurate parts ordering, inventory management, and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have prior automotive parts experience, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to teamwork and accuracy.
Parts Advisor Responsibilities
Assist Service Technicians and Service Advisors by identifying and supplying the correct parts for repair orders.
Process customer and internal parts requests accurately and efficiently.
Order, receive, stock, and inventory automotive parts and accessories.
Maintain accurate records of parts transactions and inventory levels.
Communicate with vendors and suppliers regarding availability, pricing, and deliveries.
Provide excellent customer service to internal teams and external customers.
Follow all dealership safety, procedural, and manufacturer guidelines.
Collaborate with service and sales departments to ensure timely and efficient workflow.
Parts Advisor Compensation & Benefits Pay Range: $4,000–$5,000 per month, commission-based, depending on experience and performance.

Qualifications
Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or in an automotive parts-related role preferred.
Strong knowledge of automotive parts, components, and terminology.
Ability to accurately look up, price, and order parts using dealership software.
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
