Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and outgoing Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong knowledge of personal lines insurance, a client-first mindset, and the ability to provide responsive, high-quality service. The right candidate will bring positive energy, professionalism, and a passion for supporting client insurance needs while thriving in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

Work Arrangement This is a full-time hybrid position reporting to one of our offices located in Cheshire, CT, Enfield, CT Kingston, NY, or Waterford, CT

Professional Responsibilities

Run Epic reports across branches and departments, both scheduled and ad hoc; partner with Epic support to resolve system issues

Administer user access across Epic, carrier websites, comparative rating tools, and RingCentral, including setup, removal, and troubleshooting

Support employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, offboarding, time-off approvals, and staff directory maintenance

Coordinate and support carrier website training and continuing education tracking

Run motor vehicle reports as required

Monitor and manage shared inboxes and general staff communications

Provide operational support for firmwide initiatives, including special projects and merger and acquisition activities such as system migration and data integration

Qualifications & Requirements

1–2 years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably within a Property and Casualty agency (preferred)

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with sound professional judgment and the ability to maintain confidentiality

Strong technical aptitude and computer proficiency, including required experience with Microsoft Excel
