We are seeking dynamic and motivated Sales Agents based in New Jersey to drive business growth by building relationships with hospitals, clinics, decision-makers, and local RCM suppliers. The role involves onsite visits to multiple hospitals and clinics as well as online/virtual networking to identify and connect with potential partners. The Sales Agent will act as a bridge between healthcare providers in the U.S. and RCM outsourcing companies (domestic and international, including India). The goal is to generate qualified leads, build trust-based partnerships, and close opportunities that contribute to revenue growth. Key Responsibilities

Identify and target potential clients including hospitals, clinics, healthcare providers, and RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) service suppliers. Conduct onsite visits across hospitals/clinics and attend relevant industry events to establish strong professional relationships. Use online networking platforms (LinkedIn, emails, calls, webinars) to expand outreach. Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and track sales activity consistently. Present company offerings and solutions effectively to decision-makers. Collaborate with internal teams to align outreach strategy with company goals. Negotiate and close deals with hospitals, clinics, and RCM suppliers. Provide weekly and monthly reports on sales activities, lead generation, and conversions. Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience in Healthcare Sales, Medical Device Sales, RCM services sales, or B2B healthcare partnerships. Strong knowledge of healthcare processes and/or RCM outsourcing business models. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to travel locally across hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities in California/Texas. Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong online networking and lead generation capabilities. Preferred Requirements

Established network/contacts within hospitals, clinics, or RCM companies. Prior experience working with outsourcing companies in India or abroad. Familiarity with U.S. healthcare regulations and RCM practices. Compensation & Benefits
