The Opportunity We are seeking a motivated

Outside Sales Representative

to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with healthcare providers, educating them on our testing capabilities, and driving growth by securing new accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a territory sales plan targeting physicians, clinics, nursing homes, and hospitals.

Conduct regular in-person visits to present our laboratory services, explain benefits, and address client needs.

Identify new business opportunities and convert them into active accounts.

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and growth.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery and client satisfaction.

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.

Qualifications

Proven success in outside sales; experience in medical, diagnostics, or healthcare sales preferred.

Strong knowledge of medical laboratory services and healthcare industry trends (preferred, but not required for motivated candidates willing to learn).

Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within assigned territory.
