Kishigo, a division of Bunzl, is seeking a
Customer Service Rep
who will be responsible for answering inquiries on customer accounts, investigate any issues, and find resolutions in a timely manner. The Customer Service Rep will serve as the liaison between the sales staff and the customer. Established in 1971, Kishigo is the authority in high-visibility safety, including vests, pants, jackets, masks, flame resistant apparel, and accessories.
Hours:
Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm. This is an on-site opportunity located in Fountain Valley, CA.

Responsibilities
Answering inquiries from distributors, end-users, and manufacturer’s reps
Entering and processing orders
Investigating customer problems and/or complaints to successful resolution
Maintaining relationships with both internal and external customers with exceptional service
Expediting orders as required
Working effectively in a team environment to meet business goals and objectives
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
Manufacturing or industrial customer service experience preferred
Ability to effectively work in a Windows environment with experience in Outlook, Word and Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Problem solver with the ability to multi-task using judgment and decision-making skills
Excellent attention to detail and strong customer service skills
Kishigo California salary range: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour based on experience, education and geographic location.
