What You’ll Do – Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Connect with customers to cultivate lasting relationships that drive repeat business. Review, validate, and process customer transactions with accuracy. Offer personalized financial services to fit customers’ lifestyles and maximize success. Enter and maintain customer information with precision in a Point of Sale (POS) system. Build new business by completing daily call campaigns. Assist in customer account management and collections by accepting payments and managing appointments. Perform duties outside of the office when applicable (on-site vehicle appraisals, store errands, external marketing); participate in in-store and community events. Maintain store appearance and cleanliness to enhance customer experience. Maintain office security protocols and conduct opening/closing procedures, including vault and cash drawer management as needed. Uphold compliance with company policies, procedures, and all applicable laws and regulations. Engage in ongoing training and stay current on product and process changes. Work efficiently in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks to meet performance standards. Accept additional tasks as directed by leadership. Maintain a full-time schedule with regular in-person attendance, including weekends (minimum 40 hours per week). Store hours and minimum hour requirements may vary by brand; discuss with your recruiter for the latest requirements.

What We’re Looking For – Qualifications And Skills

High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor. Meticulous attention to detail and data-entry accuracy. Proficiency with phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems. Must be at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama). Background check required; results considered in accordance with applicable law. Ability to meet physical demands, including standing up to 90% of the time, moving up to 25 pounds, and occasional outdoor movement; operating keyboard and other controls.

Nice To Haves – Preferred Qualifications And Skills

Experience in check cashing, document verification, and/or money order processing. Cash handling and vault management experience. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus and may be required for certain locations. Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and access to a personal vehicle (mileage compensated).
