Job Description We are looking for a data-oriented and strategic Digital Marketing and Sales Specialist to oversee and grow our online sales channels. This role will be responsible for managing digital ads, product listings, optimizing sales performance, analyzing revenue data, and developing strategies to increase visibility and conversion across platforms such as Amazon and Shopify.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain product listings on Shopify, TikTok Shop or other E-Commerce marketplaces, ensuring content accuracy and SEO optimization

Operate effective Meta and Google Ad campaigns for Shopify store

Monitor and analyze sales performance, traffic, and conversion metrics to identify opportunities for growth

Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to avoid stockouts or overstock situations

Handle promotions, pricing strategies, and advertising campaigns (e.g., Shopify apps)

Analyze competitor activity and market trends to stay ahead in the e-commerce space

Prepare regular sales reports and channel performance updates for management

Qualifications

2+ years of experience managing Shopify, TikTok or Amazon FBA.

Experience with VWO, Optimizely, Triple Whale, GTM, GA4 or One click Upsell

Experience with Meta and Google Ads campaign strategic operation

Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, digital marketing, and sales analytics

Proficiency in using tools like Amazon Seller Central, Shopify Admin, TikTok Shop, Google Analytics, Excel, etc.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred

Good understanding of affiliate sales

Background in consumer goods or tech products.
