Job Responsibilities:

Manage the content and overall functionality of the Company website.

Maintain Customer Security measures regarding customer outreach campaigns (notifications).

Work with RCO Assistant Manager and Supervisors to develop and maintain appropriate level of awareness and training for all of RCO staff regarding customer outreach/mailings.

Review and evaluate Social Media to determine if/when appropriate for the Company.

Coordinate, produce and manage print/distribution of all customer newsletters.

Work with RCO and Company management to develop and implement electronic (email and text) notification process as well as additional autodial outreach.

Coordinate and manage all customer notification mailings received from various departments to include but not be limited to: Water outages/ Water Quality issues Construction/ Maintenance work, Phase II and Watering Bans

Manage the review, production and distribute of Annual Consumer Confidence Reports for the utility as well as PWSC.

Work with Manager of RCO to periodically review bill presentation and redesign as needed.

Setup and maintain a system for the annual review of all outreach materials to our customers or clients of PWSC.

Manage the notification process for annual flushing program to include postcard notifications and coordinating the placement of newspaper and television ads as required.

Work with members of the management team to develop ads or PR materials for their area of the business.

Work with Manager of RCO and Regulatory staff on all rate notifications required.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in communications, English and/or Business Administration or with a focus on Marketing or equivalent experience.

Three (3) to five (5) years of progressive experience in marketing communications, customer service and social media. Understanding of the water industry preferred.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational skills.

Strong attention to detail.

Solid marketing and website design skills. Demonstrated experience with Wordpress or graphic design a plus.

Proficient in Word and Excel.

Strong graphic arts skills. Ability to provide supportive advice, analysis, or related services which impact the expense or revenues but with no authority to actually spend the budget. May collect or process revenues/expenses.
