As ourGraphic Designer, you will own the design, brand development, and creative process for Skeletal Dynamics. You will lead all print and digital assets, promotional materials, advertisements, event graphics, and other marketing assets to ensure global brand consistency and effectiveness. The ideal candidate is extremely organized, creative, efficient, and comfortable owning the design process from brainstorming to finished product.
Responsibilities
Conceptualize, plan, and create effective designs and content for marketing, education, and corporate initiatives.
Produce various creative assets including, but not limited to, surgical techniques, sales brochures, videos, animations, advertisements, and on-line/social media posts.
Develop strategic digital marketing solutions, creating digital marketing tactics in line with established SD branding guidelines.
Support social media presence across all relevant platforms including LinkedIn, Twitter (X), YouTube, Facebook, Instagram as well as medical related platforms such as VuMedi.
Review and revise existing brand style guidelines to reflect core company attributes.
Audit existing collateral and update as necessary to ensure a consistent brand style and up-to-date imagery.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with strategic objectives.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, continuously exploring new techniques and technologies to enhance design capabilities.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in graphic design or related field.
3+ years of experience in graphic design, digital marketing, and advertising. Medical device experience a plus.
Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (In Design, Photoshop, Illustrator), Keyshot 3D Rendering.
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Proven ability to work within strict deadlines, adhere to brand styles, extreme attention to detail, and prioritize work based on management’s directives.
