Regional Sales Manager - Electronic Materials - San Francisco Bay Area
We\'re looking for a Regional Sales Manager for a provider of advanced coating solutions expanding into consumer electronics and looking for a bold, motivated business development leader to break into major OEM accounts and drive growth.
This is a hunter role designed for someone who thrives on building relationships from scratch and turning cold opportunities into warm partnerships. You will play a key role in expanding our presence within the consumer electronics sector, targeting OEMs and device manufacturers to position products as the go-to solution for circuit board protection.
What You\'ll Do
Own and execute a business development strategy focused on OEMs and design partners in the
consumer electronics
market.
Identify, prospect, and develop new customer relationships — especially in the Bay Area and other key tech hubs.
Collaborate with engineers, program managers, and procurement teams to uncover opportunities at the board-level design stage.
Demonstrate product capabilities through powerful, hands-on demos that clearly communicate our value proposition.
Navigate complex sales cycles and decision-making processes in hardware/device manufacturing environments.
Represent the company at key industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
What We\'re Looking For
5–15 years of business development, technical sales, or OEM account management experience in
consumer electronics or electronic materials .
Strong familiarity with PCB assembly (PCBA), waterproofing/coating solutions, or adjacent technologies.
Proven track record of opening new accounts, not just maintaining existing ones.
Strong network in the Bay Area tech ecosystem or other major consumer electronics hubs.
Confident communicator with engineers, product teams, and executive stakeholders.
High-energy, self-starting attitude with a bias for action and results.
