Responsibilities
Manage National Accounts, meet with and facilitate demonstrations, and strive to engage new National Accounts
Manage client portfolio through building relationships, growing weekly and monthly sales. Actively seeking out new clients to add to your existing portfolio
Meet with and survey all new client locations, attend all equipment installations, and perform follow-up work to ensure customer satisfaction
Work closely with other office personnel to coordinate efforts to prevent and resolve all customer complaints or issues
Oversee and monitor all accounts for compliance with credit terms and follow up to minimize all accounts receivable problems
Perform training and demonstrations of equipment and/or products in the office or on-site at the customer location
Qualifications
3+ years of sales experience is required
Preferred 2+ years of direct industry experience in either foodservice, hospitality, or distribution
Proficient and has experience using a CRM Software (Salesforce, HubSpot)
Articulate and well accustomed to a customer-facing role
Willingness and ability to travel
**Total compensation for this position will be $55,000-100k, along with a full competitive benefits package.**
**This will be a hybrid position - 2 days in office - working out of Alsip, Chicago.**
