
Role Overview
We’re hiring a TikTok Shop & Influencer Manager
to handle creator outreach, affiliate growth, and campaign execution across multiple client brands. For TikTok Shop and traditional influencer campaigns.
This role is focused on:
Recruiting creators
Managing affiliate relationships
Driving TikTok Shop GMV
Coordinating content and campaigns
You’ll work directly with agency leadership and client teams to scale creator programs.
Core Responsibilities Influencer & Affiliate Management
Recruit and onboard TikTok creators into affiliate programs
Build targeted creator lists based on niche, GMV, and content style
Manage daily communication with creators via Discord, email, and DMs
Track creator performance and follow up for additional content
TikTok Shop Operations
Set up affiliate campaigns and creator offers
Coordinate product seeding and sample shipments
Monitor GMV, creator output, and top performers
Optimize commission structures and campaign performance
Campaign Execution
Manage multiple client creator campaigns simultaneously
Ensure creators are posting on schedule
Report weekly results and key wins
Identify high-performing creators and scale partnerships
Ideal Candidate
1–3+ years in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or TikTok Shop
Strong understanding of TikTok trends and creator culture
Experience managing creators or affiliate programs
Excellent communication and follow-up skills
Highly organized and able to manage multiple brands
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Compensation
$25–$30 per hour , based on experience
Performance bonuses tied to creator output and GMV
