Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive and Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to two senior leaders within their private equity team in Austin, Texas. This direct-hire role requires exceptional professionalism, strong judgment, and the ability to manage complex schedules, travel, and daily operational needs with discretion.

Executive and Personal Assistant Role

This role is ideal for a proactive, polished, and resourceful professional who excels in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Manage complex and frequently changing calendars for two senior leaders, including internal and external meetings across multiple time zones

Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries

Handle booking and expense reporting as a core responsibility

Provide daily executive support, ensuring timely follow-through and accuracy on commitments

Act as a communications liaison, drafting, reviewing, and managing correspondence on behalf of executives

Prepare agendas, meeting materials, and ensure follow-up actions are completed

Provide occasional personal support, including errands, reservations, and ad hoc requests to help executives focus on core priorities

Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth office operations

Support special projects with light research, data organization, and other assigned tasks

Executive and Personal Assistant Background Profile

3+ years of Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant experience supporting senior executives highly preferred

Experience in financial services, private equity, or professional services preferred; candidates from other high-demand industries will be considered

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage shifting priorities and deadlines

Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through

Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills and a polished, approachable presence

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and modern collaboration tools
