
Account Manager – Heavy Customer Service Focus

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced
Account Manager
with exceptional customer service skills to join our team. This role requires a proactive professional who can manage client relationships, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, building strong client relationships.
Handle high-volume customer inquiries and provide timely, accurate resolutions.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and service levels are maintained.
Monitor account performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions.
Prepare reports and maintain accurate records of client interactions and account status.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in account management or customer service roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM systems preferred.
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
