HSM LLC is a job shop focused on custom hydraulic cylinder manufacturing and repairs for large OEMs, foundries, and end users.
Offering machined parts and assemblies. This role would expand our machining customer base beyond just the hydraulic parts, to include other industries requiring precision machining, manufacturing, and welding.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective industrial clients
Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads within target markets
Present and demonstrate products and solutions to clients, addressing their specific needs
Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and activity updates for management
Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience in industrial sales or a related field
Strong understanding of industrial products, markets, and customer needs
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic sales plans
Self‑motivated with a proactive approach to business development
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed
