Perfection Group is seeking a Mechanical HVAC Installer to join our Mechanical Division based in Cincinnati, OH.
The purpose of the Mechanical HVAC Installer is to install equipment, ductwork, and piping related to HVAC systems for industrial and commercial projects.
What You Will Do
Study blueprints, design specifications, or manufacturers' recommendations to ascertain the configuration of heating or cooling equipment components and to ensure the proper installation of components.
Assist with layout of sheet metal ductwork and/or piping for industrial and commercial installations.
Have a general knowledge of basic sheet metal connection types. TDC, S&D, etc.
Have a general knowledge of basic piping and connection types for various uses. T&C, butt weld, socket weld, soldered, zoom lock, press fit, mega-press, etc.
Have a desire to learn and work in an environment where teamwork and safety are priority.
Be willing to take instruction and be a motivated self starter.
Be prompt everyday and ready to work.
What You Will Bring
High School Diploma or equal. Some college or technical school training specific to the HVAC trade is a plus.
OSHA 10 or 30 Training.
KY Journeyman's license or other certifications a plus.
Good driving record.
Flexibility to work on out-of-town projects.
Able to lift more than 50 lbs.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Willing to be a good team member and desire to work for a company with a strong family type atmosphere.
