Responsibilities
Architect and design scalable Salesforce solution architectures aligned with enterprise standards and business objectives Translate complex business requirements into technical solutions and long-term architecture roadmaps Lead and guide cross-functional teams through design, development, deployment, and post-go-live phases Oversee data modeling, data migration, and multi-cloud integration across Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud Strong experience with Salesforce declarative automation and environment management Ensure architecture governance, documentation standards, and testing protocols are followed Provide technical leadership and mentorship throughout the full project lifecycle Hands-on experience with Salesforce technologies including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning/LWC, and Force.com Experience working with Salesforce CDP/Data Cloud Ability to assess feasibility, complexity, and scope of new capabilities and solutions Drive continuous improvement through design optimization and standardization of processes and methodologies Collaborate with architecture, infrastructure, and delivery teams to ensure consistent and integrated solutions Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Qualifications
1015 years of overall IT experience with strong Salesforce Solution Architecture background Mandatory Solution Architect experience with enterprise-scale implementations Mandatory hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Mandatory hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Salesforce certifications in SFMC, SFSC, CDP/Data Cloud preferred Solution Architect certification (any cloud) preferred Willingness to work on-site, travel as required, and support extended hours if needed If youre open to exploring new opportunities or currently in the job market, Id be happy to connect.
