Consultant, Business Capability Team Analysis (Salesforce Administration)

Key Responsibilities Technology Executing day?to?day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of the platform. Salesforce user maintenance support users in the following ways:
Case management User and license management
Defect management identify defects and escalates to PO/PM/IT partners as appropriate. Research and innovate new technical solutions. Stay informed of new Salesforce features, functionality and updates. Configuration management work with RM/PM/PO & stakeholders to define optimal processes and configure the platform, including: Provide recommendations for process improvement. DevOps/release management, working within IT governance model and scrum framework. User acceptance testing (UAT). Further define/refine requirements.
Administer and monitor data quality and health of the application. Work closely with the IT line to keep Salesforce working as designed. Communicate Salesforce updates or concerns with users, as needed. Salesforce Certified Administrator certification required.
Key Responsibilities Business Analysis
Collaborate with Business Capability Owner on prioritization and develop requirements throughout the software development lifecycle to ensure business objectives and solution vision are being met. Conduct competitive analysis on customer, product landscape and business segment specific competitors across multiple lines of business and experiences. Present findings and recommendations to Business Capability Managers and/or Owners. Assess organizational impact for organizational change management planning. Coordinate communication and training and be accountable for overall business readiness. Provide recommendations to the Business Capability Manager and/or Owner and agile team. Keep up on the latest industry trends as well as customer needs and behaviors. Serve as a source of expertise for direction, mentoring and guidance for less experienced analysts. Participate in agile ceremonies, daily stand?ups, show and tells, iteration planning and retrospectives. Partner with Business Capability Manager to define KPIs that measure effectiveness of the product and journey with customers. Work with team to identify areas of focus and provide insights to product and journey owner for prioritization. Lead and execute design and development on business configurable tools where applicable in support of operational partners.

Knowledge, Abilities and Skills: Deep knowledge of insurance industry. In?depth understanding of agile planning practices and customer?centric design. Strong verbal and written communication skills, facilitation techniques, quantitative and qualitative analysis, recommendation development, strategic influence, business process design, and independent multi?task management. Other criteria, including leadership skills, competencies and experiences may take precedence. Staffing exceptions to the above must be approved by the hiring managers leader and Human Resource Business Partner.
