Our client is hiring a Salesforce Administrator (Hybrid – Columbus, OH) to manage system configuration, maintain data integrity, support users, and drive enhancements to the Salesforce platform. This role plays a key part in ensuring that Salesforce aligns with business goals and operates efficiently. Primary Responsibilities
Configure Salesforce objects, workflows, automation, flows, and system settings Manage user access, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security features Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics tools Troubleshoot system issues and provide user support and training Support data migration, cleansing, and governance Assist with release management and platform updates Partner with internal stakeholders to document requirements and optimize CRM processes Qualifications
2+ years of Salesforce administration experience Salesforce Administrator certification preferred Experience with flows, automation, and configuration best practices Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving abilities Ability to work effectively within hybrid work environments What Our Client Offers
