We are seeking a hands‑on Marketing Advertising Manager to own and scale our paid social and digital advertising efforts across platforms including YouTube, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and X (Twitter). This role will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and analyzing performance‑driven campaigns that support brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, creative, and experienced in managing paid social campaigns end‑to‑end, with a strong understanding of platform integrations, tracking, and performance optimization.

Responsibilities

Own and manage paid social and digital advertising campaigns across YouTube, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), X (Twitter), and emerging platforms as needed

Develop full‑funnel media strategies, including awareness, consideration, and conversion campaigns

Plan, launch, test, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROAS, CPA, and engagement metrics

Partner closely with creative, ecommerce, and brand teams to develop compelling ad concepts, messaging, and formats

Oversee platform integrations, including pixels, conversion tracking, audiences, and API connections

Analyze campaign performance, identify trends and insights, and provide clear reporting and recommendations

Manage budgets, pacing, and forecasting to ensure efficient spend and strong performance

Stay current on platform updates, new ad products, targeting capabilities, and best practices

Collaborate with external agencies or platform partners as needed

Requirements

4–7+ years of experience in paid social or digital advertising

Hands‑on experience managing YouTube Ads, Meta Ads, and X (Twitter) Ads

Strong understanding of ad platform integrations, tracking, and attribution

Experience working with creative testing frameworks and performance optimization

Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools (platform dashboards, Google Analytics, etc.)

Data‑driven mindset with strong attention to detail

Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills

CPG experience strongly preferred

Salary Range (commensurate with experience)

$65,000 - $85,000 USD
