We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Manager to lead the planning and execution of high-impact events, exhibitions, trade shows, partner activations, and experiential campaigns for our Large Format Printing business. The ideal candidate has a strong marketing foundation, hands‑on experience managing end‑to‑end event operations, and a passion for creating immersive brand experiences that drive awareness, leads, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the annual event calendar aligned to marketing and business priorities (product launches, channel events, industry trade shows, customer experiences, etc.).
Define event objectives, budgets, KPIs, and success metrics in collaboration with marketing, sales, and category teams.
Design event experiences that showcase product innovation, sustainability, and end‑to‑end workflow solutions in the Large Format segment (AEC, Design, Signage, Décor).
1. Event Execution & Operations
Manage all aspects of event logistics – venue selection, vendor coordination, booth design, production, and on‑site execution.
Oversee vendor and agency relationships, ensuring brand compliance, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.
Partner with creative and product teams to deliver experiential zones, product demos, and hands‑on workshops that differentiate the brand.
Ensure all safety, compliance, and operational standards are met across event touchpoints.
2. Marketing Integration
Collaborate with digital and campaign marketing teams to amplify event impact through social, email, influencer, and PR initiatives.
Support lead capture, CRM integration, and post‑event follow‑up to drive pipeline acceleration.
Develop event content assets (videos, photos, case studies, customer stories) for reuse in digital campaigns.
3. Measurement & Reporting
Track and report event ROI, attendee satisfaction, and marketing contribution to leads and sales.
Continuously refine event formats based on analytics and feedback to improve efficiency and engagement.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field.
5–6 years of experience in B2B event management, preferably in technology, printing, or industrial solutions sectors.
Proven track record managing large‑scale trade shows (e.g., PU, ISA, Franchise events like FastSigns etc.) and regional partner events.
Strong project management skills is crucial for this role; able to juggle multiple events under tight deadlines.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Creative flair with a strong sense of design, branding, and storytelling.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management tools, and familiarity with CRM/marketing automation systems (Dynamics, Eloqua preferred).
Willingness to travel across regions for event setup and supervision.
Success Indicators
Increase in event‑generated leads and brand engagement metrics.
Positive partner and customer satisfaction feedback.
