This role is not eligible for 3rd party partnership and requires the ability to convert to full-time permanent employment after 6 months

Northern Dallas, TX (On-site) Compensation:
$48.73 – $53.21 per hour (contract); flexibility available for well-qualified candidates. Full Health / Vision / Dental are available for candidates during the contract. Engagement Type:

UX/UI Design Execution:
Design intuitive, user-centered experiences for Android and iOS applications that integrate with physical products. Prototyping & Wireframing:
Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible and scalable. Design Systems:
Contribute to and maintain Figma-based design systems to ensure consistency across platforms. User-Centered Thinking:
Translate research insights into journey maps, workflows, and interaction models that improve usability and clarity. Who are you?
Experienced Designer:
5+ years of professional UX/UI or product design experience with a strong, readily available portfolio. Mobile Expertise:
Proven experience designing native Android and iOS applications. Tool Proficiency:
Advanced hands-on experience with Figma, including prototyping and design systems. Collaborative Communicator:
Comfortable explaining design decisions and working cross-functionally. Industry Exposure (Nice to Have):
Prior experience in manufacturing or hardware-adjacent environments is a plus, but not required. Application & Contact Information
