
Our client is a well respected and established, fast growing company dedicated to gaining market share through their development of cutting‑edge solutions in the chemical injection and remote power sectors of the Oil and Gas industry. They are actively looking for an Outside Sales Representative for the Permian Basin.
The ideal candidate has knowledge of oilfield operations and production equipment with proven new sales business development experience within the Oil and Gas sector.
Key Responsibilities
Lead new business development initiatives across the Permian Basin Build and manage senior-level relationships with operators, EPCs, and service providers Drive complex, high-value sales cycles from first contact through contract execution Develop and execute a regional growth strategy for advanced solutions Deliver compelling technical and commercial presentations to senior decision-makers Represent the company at industry conferences, exhibitions, and networking events Collaborate closely with Midland & Canada based teams to support client engagement, project delivery, and market feedback What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in Oil & Gas, Industrial Services, or Energy 2+ years in a new business focused, hunter sales role Proven success closing high-value production related equipment or service‑based solutions Experience in oil & gas, industrial services, energy, Strong relationship building, communication and negotiation skills Comfortable operating independently in a growth‑stage, market‑entry environment Willingness to travel across the Permian Basin Competitive Base salary plus performance‑based bonus with opportunity for upside as the business expands Full medical benefitsi> Opportunity to grow responsibility and compensation
