Position Responsibilities : Partner with the leadership teams to provide best-in-class agile solutions to employees. Build strong relationships with key leaders to ensure HR services are aligned with the needs of the business Implement HR strategies that drive business outcomes Support management by providing HR advice, council, and decisions, analyzing workforce analytics and applications Other projects or duties as assigned Required Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree and 10 plus years of related experience with 6 plus years of management experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree with 13 plus years of specific experience and 7 plus years of management experience
