Hello! I’m heading out of town for [2 months ] and I’m looking for a responsible, trustworthy house sitter to take care of my home and my little crew while I’m away. - Primary responsibility: Looking after my 2 pets - [e.g. 1 friendly 4 months old shitzu pup 1 very chill 3-year-old cat Mika ] - Feeding twice a day, fresh water, letting the pup out to the yard several times a day, playtime/walks, giving love & attention - Cat litter scooped daily - Watering and basic care for indoor plants (not too many, very straightforward) - Keeping the **lawn & outdoor areas tidy** - Quick mowing every 7–10 days if it grows (weather dependent), picking up any fallen branches/leaves, keeping the front looking decent - General house care - Keeping the inside clean & tidy (light cleaning – vacuum/sweep main areas, wipe counters, wash any dishes you use, take out trash/recycling) - Running the dishwasher when needed - Making sure everything looks lived-in and secure (lights, checking doors/windows) **What I’m offering:** - Free place to stay (very comfortable [3 bed / 2 bed house / apartment etc.] with [WiFi, Netflix, full kitchen, washer/dryer, parking etc.]) - All utilities paid - : weekly cash stipend / contribution toward groceries / gas money – Ideal sitter - Non-smoker (preferred) - No parties / guests / overnight visitors without prior agreement - Comfortable with dogs & cats - Responsible, clean, and respectful of other people’s space - Has references (previous house sits, pet sitting, roommates, work, etc.) - Lives in or near [your city/area] or is willing to travel If this sounds like something you (or someone you know) would enjoy, please send me a message with: 1.
