Description
Provide legal counsel and advice on intellectual property matters to clients.
Draft, review, and negotiate intellectual property agreements.
Conduct thorough research and analysis to support client cases.
Assist in intellectual property litigation and dispute resolution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex legal issues.
Ensure compliance with intellectual property laws and regulations.
Prepare and file necessary documentation for patents, trademarks, and copyrights.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and legal developments in intellectual property law.

Profile
A successful candidate should have:
3-7 years of patent and trade-secret litigation experience.
Strong track record managing significant aspects of complex IP cases.
Experience taking or defending depositions; mentoring junior associates a plus.
Excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and strong academic achievement.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, trial-driven environment.
Solid experience from a high-caliber law firm or equivalent litigation setting.
Job Offer
