The Company is seeking a Vice President of Global Marketing to join their team. The successful candidate will be a creative leader with a strong background in strategic and analytical marketing management, particularly in the context of B2B businesses. This role is pivotal in the company's mission to provide safe and compliant growth of cryptocurrencies, and the VP of Global Marketing will be a key business partner, working closely with the executive team to achieve ambitious business plans and enhance the global brand. Responsibilities include designing and leading the marketing organization, brand-building, elevating the company's value proposition, and leading corporate communications. The ideal candidate will have at least 10-15 years' of marketing experience, with a preference for those with a background in blockchain, crypto, and financial services, and a proven track record in digital marketing practices.
The role demands a candidate who is commercially minded, adept at performance management, and capable of leading a high-performing team. Experience in growing marketing teams and funnels, as well as a deep understanding of digital marketing and communications, is essential. The VP of Global Marketing will also be responsible for defining and managing metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing and communications initiatives, and for recruiting, developing, and mentoring marketing and communications experts. A Bachelor's degree is required, with an MBA being preferred, and proficiency in English is a must, with Asian languages being advantageous. The successful candidate will be expected to work at a fast pace, under pressure, and be fully capable of collaborating at the highest levels, with a strong focus on attention to detail and a flexible, learning-oriented approach to industry regulations.
