About the Role
The Company is in search of an Executive Director to provide strategic and operational leadership for a 200+ unit senior living community. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellence in resident experience, compliance, and financial performance across all departments. This hands-on, relationship-driven role requires a leader who is passionate about fostering a culture of engagement, teamwork, and accountability, and who can build and sustain strong relationships with residents, families, employees, and local partners.
Applicants must have 3-5 years' of leadership experience as an Executive Director or Administrator within senior living, with a proven track record of managing large communities with strong financial and occupancy performance. A Bachelor's degree is required, and a Master's degree is preferred. The role demands a leader with strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a collaborative, hands-on leadership approach. Key responsibilities include overseeing budget management, occupancy goals, staffing, and service quality to meet and exceed performance expectations.
